Nature of Our Services

 Med & Break acts exclusively as an intermediary in the coordination of medical tourism services. We are not responsible for the provision of medical, hospital, lodging, or transportation services, as these are provided by independent third parties. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that any claim, dispute, or issue related to such services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

Payments and Reservations

To guarantee your spot, a pre-reservation with the corresponding payment is required. The total amount for the service must be paid at least 30 days before the treatment date. Final payments are made exclusively via bank transfer. No refunds are accepted after booking.

Changes and Cancellations​

​

Changes in dates, accommodations, or treatments are subject to availability and the policies of each provider. If you are not a candidate for the procedure, Med and Break will provide guidance on available alternatives, with no liability for any costs incurred.

Liability and Limitations​

​

Med and Break assumes no responsibility for medical outcomes, postoperative complications, side effects resulting from treatments, or any other outsourced services. Each patient is responsible for informing themselves about their medical risks and following the specialist's instructions.​

Extended Stay​

​

If the doctor recommends an extended stay for health reasons, Med and Break will assist in rescheduling the stay, subject to availability and additional costs to be covered by the patient.

Privacy and Data Protection

Patient information is treated with strict confidentiality and is only shared with medical providers necessary for the coordination of treatment. Med and Break does not store payment information or medical data without the user's express authorization.

Applicable Law

​

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country where Med & Break operates. Any dispute will be resolved under the corresponding jurisdiction. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that Med & Break acts solely as a facilitator and that any issues arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant service provider.
